Adirondack Test Store Refund and Return Policy

Adirondack Test Store is a multi-vendor marketplace and each seller has its own refund and return policy.  Please review each seller’s return and refund policy on their “Brand” page (found under the “Brands” tab on the header of the webpage) before purchase.  

Qualified and approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within seven business days of the product being received by the seller.  Individual banks and credit companies may take additional time to process and post any qualifying refunds.  Unless specifically stated under the Seller’s refund and return policy, original shipping costs are not refunded.  If you have additional questions please contact the individual seller using the contact business section at the bottom of their “Brand” page.
