Adirondack Field Return Policy

Adirondack Field will accept full-price merchandise returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.  Such returns may be for a full-price refund or a replacement product.

Please ensure all items are exactly how you received them with tags still attached. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product.  All tags must be attached and a copy of your receipt must be included.

For returns, please also include a note indicating your reason for return. Returns will be awarded in the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling fees. For exchanges, please include a note indicating the product name, size, and color you would like to receive instead, as well as a return address and telephone number.

Returns are accepted by mail. Please note: shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.  All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. 

Returns can be sent to the address listed below using the carrier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).

Upon receipt of returned goods, Adirondack Field reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Also, we advise retaining tracking information; we are not responsible for packages we do not receive.
