Trudeau Sanatorium Map Postcard

In 1885, Dr. E. L. Trudeau founded the first Sanatorium in the USA which he named "The Adirondack Cottage Sanatorium". It started small, with two patients and a one room cottage "Little Red", but over the years it grew. In 1915, after the passing of Dr. Trudeau, the sanatorium was renamed as it is known now, and would continue to see patients until it's closure in 1952.
